Axiora Sell ব্যবহার করার আগে দয়া করে এই শর্তাবলী মনোযোগ দিয়ে পড়ুন। সেবা ব্যবহার করা মানে আপনি এই শর্তগুলো মেনে নিচ্ছেন।
১. সেবার বিবরণ / Service Description
Axiora Sell is an AI-powered business management platform for social commerce sellers. The service includes order management, customer chat automation via Facebook Messenger and Instagram, inventory tracking, analytics, and related tools.
Axiora Sell is provided by Axiora GTM. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
২. অ্যাকাউন্ট / Account
- • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- • One account per seller — multi-store access available on Agency plan only
- • You must provide accurate information during registration
- • Notify us immediately at masud20795@gmail.com if your account is compromised
৩. অনুমোদিত ব্যবহার / Permitted Use
You may use Axiora Sell to:
- • Manage orders and inventory for your legitimate business
- • Automate customer service responses for your Facebook Page/Instagram account
- • Track and analyze your business performance
- • Communicate with your customers within Meta Platform policies
৪. নিষিদ্ধ ব্যবহার / Prohibited Use
You may NOT use Axiora Sell to:
- • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk promotional messages without consent
- • Violate Meta's Platform Terms, Community Standards, or Messaging Policies
- • Process orders for illegal goods or services
- • Impersonate other businesses or individuals
- • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform
- • Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties
- • Use the platform for fraudulent activities or to defraud customers
Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
৫. মূল্য পরিকল্পনা / Pricing Plans

- • All prices are in Bangladesh Taka (BDT) and exclusive of applicable taxes
- • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- • Exceeding message limits may result in service throttling until the next billing period
- • Prices are subject to change with 30 days written notice
৬. পেমেন্ট এবং রিফান্ড / Payment & Refunds
- • Payment accepted via bKash, Nagad, and bank transfer
- • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- • No refunds for partial months already used
- • Refund requests within the first 7 days of a new subscription will be reviewed case-by-case
- • To cancel, contact us at masud20795@gmail.com at least 3 days before renewal
৭. সেবা প্রাপ্যতা / Service Availability
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced 24 hours in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by Meta's platforms, Supabase, Vercel, or other third-party dependencies.
৮. মেটা প্ল্যাটফর্ম / Meta Platform Compliance
Axiora Sell operates as a Meta Platform Partner. By connecting your Facebook Page or Instagram account, you also agree to Meta's Platform Terms (developers.facebook.com/terms) and the Meta Business Tools Terms. You are responsible for ensuring your use of customer messaging complies with Meta's messaging policies, including the 24-hour messaging window rule.
৯. মেধাস্বত্ব / Intellectual Property
All software, designs, trademarks, and content of Axiora Sell are owned by Axiora GTM. You retain ownership of your business data (orders, products, customer information). You grant Axiora GTM a limited license to process your data to provide the service.
১০. দায়বদ্ধতার সীমা / Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Bangladesh law, Axiora GTM shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
১১. আইনি এখতিয়ার / Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
১২. পরিবর্তন / Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms with 30 days notice for material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, you may cancel your subscription.
